  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/2(0.5) cup white sugar optional
  • 2 quarts oil for frying purpose
  • 1 cup floor
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2(0.5) teaspoon salt
  • 21/2 tbsp white sugar powder (crushed)
  • 1 cup pure drinking water


  1. Combine water,sugar,vegetable oil and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat and remove from heat after boiled. Stir it well until the mixture forms ball.

  2. Then heat oil for frying in a deep skillet up to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F). Pipe the strips of dough into the hot oil using the pastry bag. Fry until color gets golden; then drain out on paper towel safely.

  3. Now combine the 1/2(0.5) cup of sugar and cinnamon. Roll the drained spanish Churros and mixture of sugar.

  4. All done! Enjoy your delicious Spanish churros with chocolate (optional).
