One pot chicken Alfredo

This recipe is very tasty and takes less time to prepare. It is very easy to prepare and you can also prepare it during your working session.

Total Time 1 hour
Servings 4 servings


  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 boneless, Skinless Chicken
  • kosher, salt
  • fresh black ground pepper
  • 1.5 c. whole milk
  • 1.5 chicken stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 oz fetuccini
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. freshly grated parmesan
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish


  1. provide medium heat to skillet, Heat the oil. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink, it take 8 minutes per side. after it transfer to the plate for rest, then slice.
  2. Add milk, Chicken Stock and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. and then add pasta and stirring it frequently about 3 minutes. After that let it cook for about 8 minutes to more or to your desire.
  3. Add cream and parmesan and stir until combined. Simmer it for 2 minutes until the sauce become thicker and season again with salt and pepper
  4. Remove the pan and stir the sliced chicken. serve it immediately.
