New York Cheesecake - American Food Recipes

Ingredients

  • 15 Crushed Graham Crakers
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 (8 ounce) Pakages of cheese cream
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Heat up Oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. Grease a 9 inches spring-form pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, Mix Graham crakers with melted butter.
  4. Press onto the bottom of the Spring-form pan
  5. In a large bowl, Mix cream-cheese with sugar until it become smooth.
  6. Blend it in milk and mix with eggs at a time. Mix just enough to incorporate.
  7. Mix it to sour cream, vanilla and flour until it mixture become smooth.
  8. Pour the fillings into the prepared crust.
  9. Bake it in the oven for the 1 hour and then let it cool in door closed oven for 5 to 6 hours because this prevents the cracks.
  10. Chill it in refrigerator until serving.
