Ingredients

  • 1 cup pure drinking water
  • 1/2(0.5) teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp white beans drained
  • 2 several pieces leaves kale
  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen (chilled)
  • 1 piece banana

Instructions

  1. Combine matcha,coconut,white beans,kale,mango and banana in a blender; then add drinking water.

  2. Blend the whole mixture until very smooth.

  3. All done! Take out smoothie and put it in a glass and enjoy your Smoothie.
