  • 1 teaspoon salt seasoning
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/2(0.5) cup green bell pepper minced only
  • 2 pieces green onions finely chopped
  • 1 cup Celery finely chopped
  • 11/2 cups cranberries well dried
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cups cooked Chicken meat cubed cutted
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper ground (for taste only,optional)


  1. Mix together the mayonnaise with paprika in a medium bowl and seasoned salt blend in dried cranberries,nuts,onions,green bell pepper and celery.

  2. Then add chopped chicken and mix well. Season with black pepper(optional) and Refrigerate (chill) for one hour.

  3. Take out and serve!
