Ingredients

  • 2 cloves large garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp rosemary leaves fresh
  • 1 tbsp Thyme leaves fresh
  • 1 Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 Pinch Sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 pieces Lamb chops 4-4.5 inch thick pieces

Instructions

  1. Fit the food processor in a metal blade and add the salt,cayenne pepper,Thyme,rosemary and garlic. Pulse until they combined. Pour in olive oil and pulse into a paste. Now rub the paste on both sides of lamb chops and marinate for 60-65 minutes in refrigerator.
