Greek-style roast fish

It is an amazing dish and it is also much healthy. Greek-style roast fish is a lot of favorable for us because it accommodates fish and everybody know that fish is perfect for us.

Cook Time 50 minutes
Total Time 2 hours
Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 5 (Small) 400g scrubbed and cut into wedge potatoes.
  • 1 onion halved and sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 large tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 fresh skinless pollock
  • small handful parsley roughly chopped.

Instructions

  1. Heat up oven to 180-200 degrees C and tip the Onion, Potatoes, Oregano, Garlic and Olive oil into a roasting tin and season then mix it together by using your hands to coat everything in the oil. Now roast it for 15 minutes then turn everything after 15 minutes and bake it more 15 minutes.
  2. Add lemon and tomatoes and then roast it more for more 10 mins, then top it with the fish fillets and then cook it for more 10 minutes and then serve it with parsley.
