Ingredients

  • 1 dash cinnamon ground
  • 1 piece small garlic clove diced and minced
  • 1/4 cup wine (optional)
  • 21/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2(0.5) cup butter unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram well dried
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 piece egg beaten lightly
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh and chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs fresh
  • 5 pieces shallots minced
  • 1 tbsp butter unsalted (extra)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the (extra) 1 tbsp butter. then stir and cook the shallots in skillet until they tender. Then transfer to a bowl(large).

  2. Mix lemon zest,egg,parsley and bread crumbs in a bowl with shallots. Season with pepper,salt and marjoram and let them stand up to 60 minutes in refrigerator.

  3. Melt other 1/2(0.5) cup of butter and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Made the lamb mixture into small meatballs and cook in the skillet until brown. Drain meatballs on a paper towel carefully.

  4. Mix cinnamon,garlic,wine(optional) and tomato sauce into the skillet. Stir and cook them well until blended and heated through. then put over meatballs in the dish.

  5. Meat balls are ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

Do not drain skillet after meatballs. Cook the blended paste in old used the skillet.
