  • 12 pieces chicken thighs skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup vinegar cider
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar crushed
  • 1 tbsp cold water chilled
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch


  1. Put a small saucepan over low heat, then combine the black pepper(ground),ginger,garlic,vinegar,soy sauce,sugar,cold water(chilled) and corn starch. Then simmer and stir frequently until the sauce thickens and give bubbles.

  2. Preheat the oven up to 220 degrees C (425 degrees F).

  3. Place the chicken pieces in a greased baking pan (baking dish). Brush the chicken pieces with sauce. Then turn pieces over and brush again on both sides.

  4. Now bake the chicken pieces in the preheat oven up to 30-35 minutes. Then turn pieces over and bake again for 30-34 minutes, until they no longer pink and juices get clear. Keep brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking time. Enjoy!
